A foreign company delivers its balance sheet to the Registrar under Section 381. Along with these documents, what else must it send under that section?
The foreign company must send a list, in the prescribed form, of all places of business it has established in India as at the balance sheet date. Section 381(3) requires this to accompany the accounts delivered to the Registrar.

Explanation
Section 381(3) requires every foreign company to send, with the documents under sub-section (1), a copy of a list in the prescribed form of all its places of business in India as at the date of the balance sheet. The other items are not required by that sub-section.
