Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FinsRise (finsrise.com and our apps), operated by Fitnitro Technology Private Limited. By creating an account or using FinsRise, you agree to them.

What FinsRise is

FinsRise is an independent exam-practice service for finance certifications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), CFA Institute or any other examining body. Official study material from those bodies remains the authoritative source for your exam.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep access to your email or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's consent to use FinsRise.

Free and paid plans

  • The free tier includes the features described on our pricing page, such as one full diagnostic mock and the daily quiz. We may change what the free tier includes.
  • Paid plans give access for the period you buy. Prices are shown before GST, which is added at checkout.
  • AI features such as answer checking are subject to fair-use limits shown in the product.
  • Payments are not open yet. Payment, renewal and refund terms will be published here before payments open, and will apply to purchases made after that date.

AI feedback and predictions

Marks estimates, predicted scores, answer feedback and explanations are generated with the help of AI to support your practice. They are estimates, not official assessments, and they can be wrong. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions about your exam. If you think a question, answer or explanation is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

Content and intellectual property

The questions, explanations, study guides, software and design of FinsRise belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, republish or sell them, or use them to build a competing service. Answers you write remain yours; you give us permission to process them to provide feedback and improve the service.

Acceptable use

  • No automated access, scraping or attempts to bypass limits or security.
  • No submitting unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
  • No attempts to manipulate scores, leaderboards or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FinsRise available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
