A Government agency authorised under Section 69B(1) asks the person in charge of a computer resource at Kaveri Datacom Pvt Ltd for online access to traffic data. What is that person obliged to do under Section 69B(2)?
The person in charge must provide technical assistance and extend all facilities so that the authorised agency gets online access to the computer resource generating, transmitting, receiving or storing the traffic data. Section 69B(2) imposes this duty whenever the authorised agency calls upon them.
