A state transport corporation is a public authority. A citizen asks why it has not published a statement of its advisory committees and whether their meetings are open to the public. Which view is correct under Section 4(1)(b)?

  3. CPublication is needed only for committees with more than ten members
  4. DThe corporation must publish a statement of boards, councils, committees and other bodies of two or more persons, stating whether their meetings are open to the public or minutes accessibleCorrect

Explanation

It is a suo motu duty, not dependent on an application, and there is no ten-member threshold.
