An Authorised Officer seizes equivalent assets of Rohan on 1 March under section 37A. Within what period must the seizure order with relevant material be placed before the Competent Authority?

The order must be placed before the Competent Authority within thirty days from the date of seizure. The one hundred eighty days period is separate: it is the time the Competent Authority has to confirm or set aside the order after giving a hearing.
