An electronic signature is deemed a secure electronic signature under Section 15 if the signature creation data, at the time of affixing, was under the exclusive control of the signatory and no other person, and which further condition is met?
The second condition is that the signature creation data was stored and affixed in such exclusive manner as may be prescribed. Together with the signatory's exclusive control of the data at the time of affixing, this makes the electronic signature a secure electronic signature.

- BThe signature was witnessed by two independent persons

- DThe Certifying Authority was present when it was affixed
Explanation
