An employee receives an email that appears to come from the company's bank, asking him to click a link and enter his online banking password to avoid account suspension. The link leads to a fake website. Which type of cybercrime is this?
This is phishing. The fraudster sends a message that looks like it is from a trusted organisation, here the bank, and uses a fake website to trick the victim into disclosing login details. It is not a denial-of-service attack or ransomware, which work differently.

Explanation
Phishing uses deceptive messages that appear to come from a trusted source to trick people into revealing confidential information such as passwords. A denial-of-service attack floods a system to make it unavailable, and ransomware encrypts data and demands payment. Neither of these is described here.
