Kaveri Textiles Ltd wishes to call a Board meeting. Under section 173(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, what is the minimum notice and how may it be sent?

The notice must be in writing and at least seven days, given to every director at the address registered with the company. It may be sent by hand delivery, by post or by electronic means, as laid down in section 173(3).
