Lok Kalyan Foundation applies for a certificate under section 12 of the FCRA, 2010. The Central Government requires identification documents of its key functionaries under section 12A. One director, Mr. Wong, is a foreigner. What may be provided as his identification document?

Under section 12A, the Aadhaar number is required for office bearers and key functionaries, but for a foreigner a copy of the Passport or Overseas Citizen of India Card may be provided instead. Mr. Wong can therefore furnish his passport or OCI card.
