Meridian Corp., a foreign company, delivered its documents to the Registrar when it opened an office in Hyderabad. Six weeks later its constitution documents were altered abroad. What does the Companies Act, 2013 require?

The foreign company must deliver to the Registrar a return containing the particulars of the alteration in the prescribed form within thirty days of the alteration. Changes to the documents already filed cannot simply be left unreported.

Explanation
