Under Section 63, when a registered firm is dissolved, any person who was a partner immediately before dissolution, or the agent of such person specially authorised for the purpose, may give notice of the dissolution to the Registrar, specifying its date.

  2. BNotice may be given by any person who was a partner immediately before dissolution, or by an agent of such person specially authorised in this behalfCorrect
  3. CNotice can be given only by all three partners jointly
  4. DNotice can be given only after the accounts are settled

Explanation

Section 63(1) lets any person who was a partner immediately before dissolution, or his specially authorised agent, give notice to the Registrar specifying the date of dissolution. Joint action and seniority are not required, and the section does not wait for settlement of accounts. Sunil's specially authorised agent therefore qualifies.
