Rohan Exports Pvt Ltd, a dormant company, now wishes to resume business. Under section 455, how can it again become an active company?
The company can become active by making an application accompanied by the prescribed documents and fee. Section 455(5) provides this route. Passing a resolution alone, waiting for time to pass, or a government notification is not the stated method of reverting to active status.
