Sections 234 and 235 of the IBC were brought into force on a date different from the Code's initial commencement. Per the commencement notifications in the official text, from which date did they come into force?
Sections 234 and 235 of the IBC came into force on 1st April 2017, under a notification dated 30th March 2017. Other provisions were notified on different dates, as the Code allows different dates for different provisions.
