Tara Innovations Pvt Ltd holds dormant status. The Registrar finds that it has failed to comply with the requirements of section 455 for retaining that status, such as filing prescribed documents and paying the annual fee. What can the Registrar do?

The Registrar shall strike off the company's name from the register of dormant companies. Section 455(6) provides this consequence when a dormant company fails to meet the section's requirements, such as the prescribed minimum directors, documents and annual fee to retain dormant status.
