The Board of Meera Industries Ltd, a listed company, has no authorised chairperson. The Board's report is to be signed. Who may sign it under Section 134?

Where the chairperson is not authorised by the Board, the Board's report must be signed by at least two directors, one of whom is a managing director, as required by Section 134(6). The company secretary or CFO cannot sign it in their place.
