The Controller recognised a foreign Certifying Authority under section 19(1). Later, the Controller finds that it contravened the conditions of recognition. Which statement is correct?
If the Controller is satisfied that a recognised foreign Certifying Authority has contravened the conditions and restrictions of its recognition, the Controller may revoke the recognition, but must record reasons in writing and issue a notification in the Official Gazette.

Explanation
