The Council is preparing its annual report after the Quality Review Board made recommendations under clause (a) of section 29B. Which obligation does section 15 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 place on the Council in this regard?
The Council must consider the Quality Review Board's recommendations and report the action taken in its annual report. Section 15(2)(k) imposes this duty; it does not compel automatic implementation of every recommendation or require prior Central Government approval.
