The liquidator of Dhruv Metals Ltd has completely liquidated its assets and applies to the NCLT for dissolution. The NCLT passes the dissolution order on 10 March. By when must a copy of the order be forwarded to the authority with which the company is registered?
The copy must be forwarded within seven days from the date of the dissolution order, so by 17 March. The period is counted from the order date and not from the liquidator's application, and the copy goes to the authority with which the company is registered.

Explanation
