Under Section 150(1), which details about persons eligible and willing to act as independent directors does the data bank contain?
The data bank contains names, addresses and qualifications of persons who are eligible and willing to act as independent directors. The maintaining body places this on its website so that companies making appointments can use it, subject to their own due diligence.
