Under section 455(5) and (6), what happens to a dormant company that fails to comply with the requirements to retain its dormant status, such as filing prescribed documents or paying the annual fee?

The Registrar strikes off the company's name from the register of dormant companies. Section 455(6) provides this where a dormant company fails to meet the requirements of the section, such as the prescribed minimum directors, document filing and annual fee needed to retain dormant status.
