Under Section 85, Sundaram Agro Ltd keeps its register of charges at its registered office. Who may inspect the register of charges and instruments of charges without paying any fee?
Any member or creditor may inspect the company's register of charges and the instruments of charges without payment of fees during business hours. Any other person can inspect only on paying the prescribed fees, subject to reasonable restrictions in the articles.
