Under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, which Court may a person aggrieved by a decree or order apply to for a review of judgment?
The application for review is made to the Court which passed the decree or made the order. Section 114 gives the power of review to that same Court, which may make such order on the application as it thinks fit.
