Under the Companies Act, 2013, the documents for incorporation of a company are filed with the Registrar. Which Registrar is the correct one?

The incorporation documents are filed with the Registrar within whose jurisdiction the registered office of the company is proposed to be situated. Residence of subscribers or directors, or a fixed central office, is irrelevant to deciding which Registrar receives the application.
