Under the MSMED Act, 2006, the powers and functions of the Member-Secretary of the Board are exercised in what manner?
Section 6 provides that, subject to other provisions of the Act, the Member-Secretary of the Board exercises such powers and performs such functions as may be prescribed. They are not fixed by Board resolution or by the Companies Act, 2013.
