Under the RTI Act, the public interest override in the proviso to Section 11(1) allows disclosure of third-party information even where the third party objects, if the public interest in disclosure outweighs possible harm to the third party. For which category of information does this proviso NOT allow disclosure on that basis?

The public interest override in the proviso to Section 11(1) does not apply to trade or commercial secrets protected by law. For other confidential third-party information, disclosure may be allowed if public interest outweighs the possible harm to the third party.
