Which set of particulars is required to appear on a credit or debit note under rule 53(1A) of the CGST Rules, 2017?

A credit or debit note must carry the serial number(s) and date(s) of the corresponding tax invoice(s) or bill(s) of supply, plus the value of taxable supply, rate of tax and tax amount credited or debited, along with supplier and recipient details and signature, as set out in rule 53(1A).

Explanation

The HSN and e-way bill items are not listed, and "Revised Invoice" applies to revised tax invoices.
