Zenith Holdings, a foreign company, delivered its documents to the Registrar on registering a place of business in Pune. Six months later its list of directors changed. What must it do under the Act?

The foreign company must deliver to the Registrar a return containing the particulars of the alteration in the prescribed form within thirty days of the alteration, under Section 380(3). It cannot wait for the annual accounts, and a one-time filing is not enough.
