CMA Foundation Passing Marks and Results

To pass Foundation a candidate needs at least 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate. There is no exemption or carry forward of marks at this level.
- Minimum 40% marks in each of the four papers.
- Minimum 50% of the total marks in aggregate.
- Paper-wise exemption and carry forward of marks, which exist at Intermediate and Final, are not available in the Foundation examination.
- The Foundation mark sheet is only available for download from the ICMAI website; no hard copy is sent. The downloaded mark sheet is accepted for registration to the Intermediate Course.
- No pass certificate or rank certificate is issued for passing Foundation.
