FRM Part II Registration

Candidates register and pay for Part II through their GARP account, then book a test centre appointment during the scheduling window. The one-time enrollment fee is paid with the first Part I registration, not again for Part II.
Steps to register
- 1Log in to the GARP account and register for FRM Part II in the chosen exam window (May, August or November).
- 2Pay the Part II exam fee. Early registration costs less than standard registration.
- 3Book an exam date, time and test centre during the scheduling window. All registration and scheduling deadlines are 11:59 pm US Eastern Time.
- 4Print the Confirmation of Appointment email; it must be presented with valid ID on exam day.

Validity: An exam registration is for one exam window. A paid registration can be deferred only once, to one of the next two exam administrations, for USD 250 (deadlines: by March 31 for May, June 30 for August, September 30 for November). Within a window, an appointment can be rescheduled once to another date or time. A refund can be requested only within 48 hours of registering. Fees exclude taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added at checkout.
