Chapter-wise marks
Where the marks were in this paper (out of 100; internal-choice alternatives not double counted).
What stood out
- Economics carried 35 questions (70 marks) and management 15 (30 marks), the fixed split for this paper.
- Money and Banking (12 questions) and Forms of Market (10) together made up nearly half the paper; covering inflation, money supply measures, central and commercial banking and market structures is essential.
- Theory of Production, Cost of Production and Decision-making did not appear at all this term, while demand theory had only 3 questions.
- In management, the control and coordination chapter led with 6 questions, and several items asked which thinker gave a particular definition, so author-definition pairs are worth memorising.
- The business environment questions centred on PESTEL-type classification of external factors rather than current affairs.
