OMR paper of 100 one-mark MCQs with no negative marking: Part A (law) has 60 questions and Part B (management) has 40.
Part A is evenly spread: each of the six law chapters contributes exactly 10 questions in sequence.
Part B leans on management styles and functions: Introduction to Management and Functions of Management account for 24 of the 40 management questions.
Company Secretary specific knowledge (KMP status, secretarial audit, LODR senior management and services of a CS) takes 10 questions.
Several items are short scenario-based MCQs asking candidates to identify a partner type, goods type, bill type or management style from a situation.
