Chapter-wise marks
Where the marks were in this paper (out of 100; internal-choice alternatives not double counted).
What stood out
- OMR paper of 100 one-mark MCQs with no negative marking, split into Part A law (60) and Part B management (40).
- Company law is the single largest chapter with 18 questions, heavy on board meetings, director requirements and company types.
- Introduction to Law includes the new criminal procedure and evidence codes, the Mediation Act and the DPDP Act, showing that recent legislation is tested.
- In Part B, Functions of Management leads with 16 questions, covering leadership styles, staffing, organising, delegation and budgeting.
- Two Part B questions on Company Secretary service areas appear to be repeated almost verbatim, so the effective spread is slightly narrower than 100 distinct items.
