After the accounts of a company in liquidation have been audited, what must the Company Liquidator do with the two copies of the audited accounts under the Companies Act, 2013?

One copy of the audited accounts is filed by the Company Liquidator with the Tribunal and the other copy is delivered to the Registrar. The Registrar's copy is open to inspection by any creditor, contributory or other interested person.

Explanation

Section 294(4) provides that one copy is filed with the Tribunal and the other is delivered to the Registrar, where it is open to inspection by any creditor, contributory or person interested. Posting printed copies to creditors is a separate duty under sub-section (6).
