In the Finance Act, 2017, the Eighth Schedule item for the Industrial Tribunal constituted by the Central Government was amended by Section 102 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020. What change was made in column (3)?

Section 102 substitutes the words 'The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947' with 'The Industrial Relations Code, 2020' in column (3) against serial number 1 of the Eighth Schedule to the Finance Act, 2017. The old Act reference is replaced, not kept alongside.
