Kestrel Global Ltd., a foreign company with an Indian place of business, changes the address of its authorised person resident in India who accepts service of process. By when must it deliver a return of the alteration to the Registrar?

The foreign company must file a return of the alteration with the Registrar within thirty days of the alteration, in the prescribed form, under Section 380(3). It cannot wait until the annual balance sheet is delivered.
