Officer R provisionally attaches a flat under Section 5(1) of the PMLA on 1 March. By when must R file a complaint stating the facts of the attachment before the Adjudicating Authority?
The officer must file the complaint before the Adjudicating Authority within thirty days of the provisional attachment. The 180-day figure is only the maximum duration of the attachment order, not the time limit for filing the complaint.

Explanation
