  1. AThe arbitration agreement becomes void
  2. BThe proceedings automatically convert to a civil suit
  3. CThe provisions of sub-sections (3) to (9) of section 29A apply to the proceedingsCorrect
  4. DThe parties must restart the proceedings with a new tribunal

Explanation

Section 29B(5) provides that if the award is not made within the period in sub-section (4), sub-sections (3) to (9) of section 29A apply. Nothing makes the agreement void or converts the dispute into a suit.
