Sundaram Textiles Pvt Ltd, a new establishment to which the OSH Code applies, became subject to the Code on 1 April. It filed its electronic registration application on 20 May of the same year. Under the Code, what is the position?

The application is in time. An employer must apply electronically within sixty days of the Code applying to the establishment, and 20 May is within about fifty days of 1 April. Late fees apply only to applications filed after the sixty days.
