The Authority finds that a real estate agent obtained registration through misrepresentation. Which course is consistent with the Act?
The Authority may revoke the registration or suspend it for such period as it thinks fit, without prejudice to other provisions of the Act, but only after giving the real estate agent an opportunity of being heard. A hearing is mandatory.
