The Tribunal passes an order on an application under Section 48(2) on 10 July. What must the company do next under Section 48?
The company must file a copy of the Tribunal's order with the Registrar within thirty days of the date of the order. The decision is binding on shareholders, but this filing requirement still applies under Section 48(4).
