Under Section 6, for the purpose of the legal disability provisions, how is a 'minor' defined or extended by the Explanation?
Under the Explanation to Section 6, a minor includes a child in the womb. This lets such a child's period of limitation be postponed in the same way as for a minor, and it is not limited by marriage, a specific age below majority, or a court order.
