Under Section 66F of the Information Technology Act, 2000, what is the maximum punishment for a person who commits or conspires to commit cyber terrorism?
Section 66F(2) punishes anyone who commits or conspires to commit cyber terrorism with imprisonment which may extend to imprisonment for life. The section does not provide a lower cap, and conspiracy attracts the same punishment as the completed offence.
