Under the Act, which person is eligible for appointment as Chairperson of a Real Estate Appellate Tribunal?

The Chairperson must be a person who is or has been a Judge of a High Court. The experience-based criteria, such as fifteen years of judicial office or twenty years as an advocate, relate to Judicial Members rather than the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal.

Explanation
