Under the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, the appropriate Government must constitute the Child and Adolescent Labour Rehabilitation Fund. At what level is this Fund constituted?

The Fund is constituted in every district or for two or more districts together. The appropriate Government sets it up, and fines realised from employers of children and adolescents within that jurisdiction are credited to it. The Act does not provide for a single national Fund.
