Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where must the headquarters of the Central Consumer Protection Authority (Central Authority) be located?
The headquarters of the Central Authority must be at a place in the National Capital Region of Delhi. The Central Government may decide on regional and other offices elsewhere in India, but the headquarters location is fixed within the NCR by the Act.
