Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Central Government is forming the Data Protection Board. Which composition requirement is stated for the Chairperson and other Members?

Members must be persons of ability, integrity and standing with special knowledge or practical experience in areas such as data governance, ICT, digital economy, law or techno-regulation, and at least one must be a law expert. Section 19 provides this, with appointment made by the Central Government.
