Which of the following stages is NOT part of the normal passage of an ordinary Bill through one House of Parliament?
Judicial review by the Supreme Court before voting is not a stage in passing an ordinary Bill. The normal stages are first reading, second reading with committee and report consideration, and third reading. Courts can review a law only after it has been enacted.
