CA Foundation Passing Marks and Results

Opens the print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF".
Pass all four papers at one sitting with at least 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate.
- A minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% in the aggregate of all four papers, at one sitting.
- Objective Papers 3 and 4 carry negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; Papers 1 and 2 have no negative marking.
- Candidates scoring at least 70% are declared Pass with Distinction, shown on the result card.
- No pass certificate is issued for Foundation.
- Results are hosted on icai.nic.in; a statement of marks is sent by post.
