What stood out
- Q1 (20 marks) is a two-part case set: five 2-mark parts on Union-State legislative relations and four parts on guarantee, pledge, sale of goods and agency.
- Contract Law (including sale of goods, specific relief and mortgage-related problems) is the heaviest chapter, with 10 of the 32 listed parts.
- The three new criminal laws feature directly: cheating, summons service, community service and handwriting expert opinion are framed under the 2023 codes, and repeal of the old penal code is tested via the General Clauses Act.
- Q2, Q3, Q5 and Q6 are dominated by short problem situations; theory-only parts sit mainly in the optional Q4A and Q6A alternatives (jurisprudence, limitation, SPDI Rules, foreign awards).
- Q4(b) and Q4(c) labels appear interleaved in the extracted text; ordering here follows the question content (detention remedy, then RTI appointment).
