A company asks trainees to complete a questionnaire immediately after a course, rating the trainer, the venue and how much they enjoyed the sessions. In Kirkpatrick's four-level model, which level of evaluation is this?
This is the reaction level of Kirkpatrick's model. Questionnaires completed straight after a course, covering enjoyment, trainer and venue, measure how trainees felt about the training, not what they learned, how their behaviour changed, or the effect on organisational results.

Explanation
Kirkpatrick's level 1 measures trainees' reactions, such as satisfaction and enjoyment. Learning (level 2) would need tests of knowledge or skill gained, and results (level 4) would look at organisational outcomes.
Did you get it right without looking?
One question tells you little. A timed set on Learning and training at work shows your real accuracy, how long you take and where you lose marks.
